We accepts bank transfers (only for Indian Customers) and PayPal at checkout for all your order payments(International). 


Shipping:


Your item will be shipped in  5-7 business days via India Post. 

All shipments are delivered to the post office personally by us.

Tracking information is available to all orders.(Except for the Free Shipping Orders)

The shipping cost that you see below are for registered mail. You will be provided with a tracking number and it takes about 15-25 days to get delivered. 

Please note that Registered mail Tracking MIGHT NOT WORK in some countries like USA,Canada,Australia etc. In some countries they don't find it mandatory to scan Registered Post Packages so the tracking doesn't get updated but the tracking will work till the package is in India, and will stop working once it has left the country.


Faster Shipping option  available (EMS SpeedPost) EMS speed post doesn't have issues like Registered Post.


*EMS Speed Post(upto 250grams) - $10.50(USA) approximately 10-15 days delivery worldwide from Mumbai,India.

We are not responsible for stolen/lost merchandise or any merchandise manhandled or repackaged by the customs.

A refund will not be issued if the packages are stolen,lost,manhandled by the shipping company or unclaimed by the customer.

If for any reason the package is unclaimed and is returned back to us a refund will not be issued for the shipping cost.In such a case, a customer can request for a refund for the amount,minus the shipping cost,provided that we receive the package back or a customer can request for a re-shipment at an additional shipping fee.

Please be reminded that once the package is out of our hands and in the hands of the post office, tracking and updates can be viewed through the India Post tracking link you are provided.​​

If orders are returned to us because we were not given a proper address or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for ANY reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order.

Shipping is chosen as per your requirement.It is your responsibility to contact us if faster shipping, or any upgrades are needed. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 


REFUND AND EXCHANGE:


▪We understand that the pictures on our site may slightly differ from the crystals in reality. If, for any reason you are unhappy, refunds can be made within a 3 day period of receiving the item.


Refunds can only be issued if the order has been received BY US. Refund for the product/s purchased by the customer will be issued,however the shipping cost for the package will not be refunded in any case once the package has been shipped by us.

 Please note that the item SHOULD be shipped within 3 days of receiving it,in order to be applicable for refund.

Buyers are responsible for contacting us prior to returning any items. If requested, you must provide a photo of the item/s being returned before shipping to prove they are free of damage, packing the item/s in the same manner they were sent (contact for specific instructions) and must send the tracking number to us immediately after it is shipped.

Only after the item/s are returned damage free or the way they had been received by you, the refund will be issued.

Please note: we are not responsible for additional shipping costs due to your application for refund,all shipping costs wil be paid by you.

▪ Any damages reported after this 3 day period is regular wear and tear. The item will not be refunded but can be fixed upon request.


▪All items from Solstice Store can be repaired if requested only based on the time you have had this item, it may or may not result in an additional fee which may include a shipping fee or a labour cost depending on the location and type of problem. All purchases made on sale/discount days have to be paid within 2 days of purchase.
